Source: I've been doing the same thing for my game for the last month, and I'm really excited to see what else shows up here. EDIT: Oh completely forgot, the Perfect Dark soundtrack is also excellent for cyberpunk settings. Might not be of the quality you're looking for as it's a videogame OST from the 90s, but it's still really good.
