I have C.O.P and downloaded mods for that game. I use Winrar and I have used that to install mods on SHOC with no problem.When I open the mod I extract Game data to COP the same as I would do for SHOC.The false thing is changed to true but still no go. When I look into the config.

Click to expand.Here is a step by step the way I do it. Keep in mind that I'm using WinXP. First you have to go into your games directory and open up the fsgame.ltx folder and change this line so that it looks like this: $game_data$ = true true $fs_root$ gamedata Click Save. I create a New Folder on desktop. Rename to whatever the mod is called. Extract the mod to that folder.
Inside that folder will be a folder called gamedata. Copy/paste the gamedata folder to the games directory so that it looks like this.

Weather overhaul is a nice weather and mood lightning modification, and includes the sharper textures mod and the float shaders mod. ZRP (means zone reclamation project) is a general mod which tries to fix and improve the original game, like an unofficial patch, but without drastic changes to the gameplay. I also saw a compilation mod pack in the penny arcade forums.
