My computer was stolen and I don't have the original install disk. What's the cheapest/easiest way to replace the software. I tried with singer and haven't got a response. Singer Quantum Futura CE-200 Review Singer CE-200 has some nice built-in designs and stitches. But you will start hating the digitizing software for a variety of reasons.
Really frustrating: ( i made sure i have sufficient hard drive memory and have downloaded patches to see if they help - to no avail. Any ideas - or where can I acquire a replacement in the UK. At least in regards to a replacement CD, would Singer really make us pay to get one? I already bought the $900-$1000 product and made a fairly human error in the way of losing the software CD. When I see people not even getting responses from Singer -- or completely unable to reach them by phone -- I'm thinking I bought from the wrong company. Can anyone burn it for me? Windows crashed with Service Pack update and the hard drive had to be rewritten. Futura CD is misplaced. It has been over 5 years since I saw the CD. This is crazy. Singer should make the software available for download for free, like all other software from the manufacturer of machines that need software. Windows crashed with Service Pack update and the hard drive had to be rewritten.
