Costumes from the 80's definitely better. Acting, debateable. Similar cast from the 80's in the 90's version (some even in the same role!). The story definitely seem to have more depth in the 90's version compared to the 80's. So there is something new in the 90's version compared to the 80's. If you're a fan of the series, then this might be worth a look.
