Following my post of Sept 8, unfortunately with no replies, may I explain my problem with the AR2000. The pre-programed channels are now empty and I accept that I will have to re-enter all the frequencies again. This I have tried to do with no success.

I have followed the user hand book and the book by Howard Bornstein that gives more detailed instructions. In this book he says that if the banks are emptied (which they are), it is highly likely that thr RX will lock up and will need a 'factory re-set'. Contact for AOR equipment is Waters and Stanton, who I have contacted with the problem but it seems that because it is an old model, it doesn't warrant a reply! Can anyone give me the step by step details of doing this 'factory re-set' please?

Or point me in the right direction? Posts: 8 Joined: Mon May 13, 2013 11:15 am.
