Greetings all. I'm a cmx1 player from first time around like most. None of the sequels come close to the feel of the original trilogy. CMBB was my favourite of the three, but it's proving impossible to get my english european version to work on Windows 10.

Concerning the W10 problem - I think our fine member Hedgehog posted a solution therefor. I don´t know if it works since I play on another version of W. The only I know for the 'copy protection' is You could download the 'no CD patch' from different sites. Maybe that would solve this problem.
And greener as jade is the only place I know where You get mods yet for CMx1. I´m working on a full modded bmp (CMBB) and BMP (CMAK) folder using mostly MikeyDs mods, some of stciaram and a few others. Should that be successful one would have only to interchange the own folder for the one I would provide and one had an almost complete modded CMBB or CMAK. You do misunderstand. I installed cmbb from the disk, got the v 1 european english no cd patch and had a lot of fun with human wave attacks.
Then I found the scenario depot v2 and downloaded lots of scenarios only to find they needed a higher version of the game. I installed the patches but there is no english no cd patch for 1.03 of CDV, only a german one which changes the language of the game to german and thus the installation locations of things like scenarios to their german equivalent.
